PRODUCT OVERVIEW
The pneumatic membrane fluorine lined regulating valve is composed of a pneumatic membrane actuator and a straight through single seat fluorine lined plastic valve. The parts of fluorine lined regulating valve in contact with the medium adopt high-pressure injection molding process, lined with corrosion-resistant and aging resistant polyperfluoroethylene propylene, and sealed with polytetrafluoroethylene bellows to ensure no leakage. It is widely used for process control and regulation of acid and alkali strongly corrosive media, toxic, volatile, highly permeable gas and liquid media in chemical, petroleum, metallurgy, medicine, electric power and other industries.
STRUCTURAL FEATURES
1. The inner cavity, valve core, valve seat and valve stem of corrosion-resistant valve body are 316 stainless steel, which can resist acid, alkali and strong corrosion;
2. Good sealing performance, double sealing with polytetraethylene bellows and packing to ensure no leakage;
3. The leakage is small. Because the valve core and valve seat are soft seals, the leakage is lower than the national level IV standard;
4. It adopts light and small multi spring actuator, with small volume, light weight and high adjustment accuracy;
5. The leakage is less than 0.01% of the rated capacity of the valve;
6. The return differential belt positioner is less than 1% of the full stroke;
7. Basic error: with positioner: less than ± 1% of the full stroke.
