PRODUCT OVERVIEW
The electric thin thermal insulation ball valve has good thermal insulation and cold insulation characteristics, and the diameter of the valve is equal to the pipe diameter. The medium flows in a straight line with low resistance. It is suitable for liquid media with easy solidification and high viscosity, and can effectively reduce the heat loss of the medium in the pipeline. The ball core channel has V-shape and O-shape, and the fluid resistance is small. It is one of all valves with small fluid resistance. The electric thin insulation ball valve can inject steam, heat transfer oil, cooling water, cold air, etc. into the jacket according to the needs of users, so as to raise or lower the temperature of the whole valve to the required temperature and prevent medium crystallization. It is mainly used in petroleum, chemical, metallurgical, pharmaceutical, food and other systems to transport high viscosity media that will solidify at room temperature.
PRODUCT FEATURES
1. The fluid resistance is small, and its resistance coefficient is equal to that of the pipe section with the same length.
3. The valve body is shorter than the general flange ball valve, which is suitable for the occasion with a large number of valves in the same pipeline in the factory.
3. The integral jacket design can keep heat and cold evenly. The jacket and the outside of the valve body are welded with the jacket connecting pipe, and the higher pressure of steam or cold water is allowed to be 1.0MPa.
4. Even if the external temperature drops below zero, the electric insulation ball valve still operates flexibly to ensure that the pipeline can be disconnected. Its advantage is not available for general control valves.
